I made a few batches of “fool-proof” fudge this past holiday season, only to find that it was NOT fool-proof. (Lesson learned – don’t double the recipe.) As Valentine’s Day approached, I saw this and decided to try it for the quarterly teachers luncheon. It was absurdly easy, but I can’t say anything about the taste/texture because I didn’t try it. 🙂 Jon said it was good.
