I’m very tempted to go deviate from our regularly scheduled meals this week as it’s my last week on maternity leave, but I think I’d rather play. 🙂
Monday: Egg-In-A-Hole + fruit smoothies
Tuesday: Chicken gyros
Wednesday: Cajun shrimp salad
Thursday: Pasta salad
Friday: Burger night!
Sunday: TBD. We had hoped to have Thomas baptized on Sunday, but haven’t been able to get all the arrangements made so it will likely be something simple as we prepare for my return to work on Monday.
